Drilling and Routing

Meridian is equipped to complete many secondary processes, such as drilling and routing.

These processes allow for an infinite amount of design flexibility in our customers' products. Depending on the application and design, holes and openings can be created using drills, punches, routers, water jets or laser cutting. Meridian utilizes the latest technologies including robots and lasers to ensure we have quality control and repeatability.

Parts for which these processes are used:

• Exterior body panels including door assemblies, hood assemblies, decklid assemblies, fenders, tonneau covers, roof systems, hatches and liftgates.
• Structural components including, GORS, valve covers, wiper tubs, shot gun reinforcements, IP structural ducts, underbody shielding, stowage tubs, Pickup truck boxes and running board.
