Meridian is a leading producer of steam-chest-molded Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), which is used primarily for energy absorption in bumper systems and interior applications.

We mold both single-density and dual-density EPP products. Other material options included in steam chest molding are: EPS (expanded polystyrene), EPS/PE co-polymer, PS/PPO co-polymer, EPE (expanded polyethylene), and P-EPP (porous EPP).
