Rollforming

Meridian has been involved in rollforming metal beams for front and rear end bumper applications since 1988.

We use a very efficient, continuous rollforming operation, which pre-notches holes, forms the section, welds, sweeps and trims the finished product. Many auxiliary brackets and components mounted to the rollform section can be manufactured at the same location, ensuring part quality and cost savings. Meridian has extensive experience rollforming martensitic and other advanced high strength steels (AHSS).
