Primary Capabilities

Meridian's primary processes shape and mold the products to be assembled in the modules on-site. Meridian offers a wide variety of stamping capabilities with tandem press lines from 1,200-ton capacity to 75-ton stationary presses. Our Class-A components are highlighted on truck and SUV bumpers, for which we are considered the quality benchmark.

Meridian has been involved in rollforming metal beams for front and rear end bumper applications since 1988. Meridian is the world's largest compression molder of composite materials. Our primary focus is on molding materials such as sheet-molded composites (SMC), bulk molded composites (BMC), structural reaction injection molding and thermoplastics. We also specialize in stamping and rollforming.
