Meridian has multiple state-of-the-art paint systems for applying the following coatings to metal, plastic, and composite products:

• "Soft-Touch" Interior Coatings
• G-gloss and A-gloss Topcoats
• 1K and 2K "Class A" Basecoats & Clearcoats

Most Meridian paint systems feature automated paint kitchens and filtration, multi-stage powerwashers, full-robotic electrostatic sprayers, flash tunnels, computer-controlled bake ovens, and bright-light inspection zones. We can supply primed products for subsequent topcoating at the customer assembly plant, or fully-topcoated products that match OEM colors, gloss, DOI, and performance.
