Matthew K. Paroly
Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Mr. Paroly joined Meridian in September 2005 and serves as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.  Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Paroly served as a Divisional Counsel for two Delphi Corporation divisions.  Prior to his joining Delphi in 1999, he held the positions of Assistant General Counsel and Staff Attorney during his five years at Guardian Industries of Auburn Hills, Michigan. 

Mr. Paroly also has over five years of experience in private law firm practice.

Mr. Paroly received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Harvard Law School.  He holds bar admissions in Michigan and California.
