Mark P. Decker
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Mr. Decker joined Meridian in August 2006 and, as the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has responsibility for Corporate Communications, Public Affairs and Labor Relations.

He held several senior HR positions during a six-year tenure at Visteon Corporation, including HR Director for Asia-Pacific Operations, based in Yokohama, Japan, and Plant HR Manager at Visteon’s Nashville, Tenn., Glass Operations.

Before joining Visteon, Mr. Decker spent more than 10 years with Ford Motor Company, where he performed numerous manufacturing and corporate staff human resources assignments throughout the U.S. These included serving as a member of the 1996 Ford-UAW National Labor Contract Negotiations Team.

Mr. Decker received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University, and master’s degree in industrial relations from Wayne State University.
